Terms of Use and Confidentiality Agreement
The Australian Collaboration for Clinical Assessment in Medicine (ACCLAiM) Consortium created this website for the benefit of and exclusive use by designated staff of participating member schools. By accessing this website, you represent that you currently meet these criteria and that you will abide by the terms of this Agreement as stated below.
Authorized Users and Access
Access to this website and use of these materials is restricted exclusively to persons who have been approved by the ACCLAiM Consortium because they represent medical schools involved in the ACCLAiM collaboration (“Authorized Users”).
You agree to not share your username and password with anyone, including other members of your school or assessment team. In order to maintain the security of this website, each individual must register separately. You are also responsible for reporting any data breaches or security to your institution.
You are responsible for notifying the ACCLAiM Consortium should you cease employment with a participating member school.
Confidentiality and Use of Materials
By accessing this website, you agree to keep all materials confidential. You agree not to disseminate or otherwise provide any material obtained from the website to anyone. Prohibited dissemination includes, but is not limited to: copying, publishing or posting content to other websites (including medical school learning management systems or school websites). You also agree to avoid the following: printing of materials from the ACCLAiM website; saving local copies of ACCLAiM material on your computer or school computers. Any ACCLAiM material that is required to be adapted for local use when running an OSCE may only be saved on secure school servers which have restricted access and password protection.
The ACCLAiM Consortium records and monitors login history, usernames, email addresses and content being accessed to ensure data integrity.
